About the Good Doctor it seems to me the creator took elements of House and build upon them.
In House, he was brutally honest and a super intelligent Doctor but he was a complete jerk. But his friend theorized House had some kind of autism making him act like that.
So, he took that and actually made the doctor autistic.
Anyway, nice reunion show.
